Don’t you miss being a kid again and watching cartoon shows? I thought I would take us back in time and recap a few of the great children shows that use to air on television.
My all time favorite kid’s show was The Rugrats. The main character Tommy Pickles, is a smart kid that sticks up to his cousin Angelica. She is a trouble maker toddler who picks on the cute babies, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Kimi, and Dill. Tommy and his friends always tend to end up on an adventure even if it is just in the back yard. The show contains of wit and has jokes for all ages.
This next show is very creative and has interesting stories, which is Hey Arnold. Arnold is a football headed 9 years old, who lives in a boarding house with his grandparents and some crazy boarders. Arnold’s best friend, Gerald is considered the coolest kid in class and Helga who torments Arnold, but is truly in love with him. I just like how they made Arnold’s head shaped as a football because it just adds the laughter of the show. Helga’s obsessions are just funny to watch on how she will torment Arnold next. Hey Arnold is a sophisticated form humor that can appeal to people of all ages.
Rocko’s Modern Life was a hilarious show with some sophisticated humor that was only understood by an older crowd. It was the wacky adventures of an Australian wallaby and his friends as he transitions into American life. Rocko’s best friends Heffer and Filbert just add to the show. They make it funny and make you think how they come up with the ideas they did. The show consists of crazy actions such as learning how to use a vacuum clean. Yeah I will just let that speak for it.
The Rugrats, Hey Arnold, and Rocko’s Modern Life are all hilarious shows that are great for any age. It would be nice if these shows would come back on air, but I guess show companies will just have to be making new and improved shows. So look out, what may be next?!

I wasn't allowed to watch Rugrats, how depressing is that?! lol Hey Arnold was one of my favorites however. Gerald was my absolute FAVORITE! So goofy. Rocko's Modern Life on the other hand, I did not like at all. It just grossed and freaked me out! There are so many cartoons that my brothers and I would wake-up on Saturday mornings for. Had to love those Saturday mornings!
